  IFG empowers owners to make timely, informed and cost-effective decisions.

Project development is successful when the final product meets the needs of all project team participants — the public sector owner, teams and users, designer and contractor(s) and venue operators. Coordination of the project design aesthetic, cost, schedule and operating requirements is often the role of IFG as the client's owner's representative. We tailor our services to complement the client's staff and other project consultants, by ensuring that the role of each team member or organization is clearly defined and expectations are understood.  As a veteran in the industry, IFG brings a seasoned, objective approach to each project it undertakes, while maintaining the integrity of a single point of contact reporting to the client.   IFG's staffing commitments often vary by project phase; this approach offers the team a greater, more specialized pool of resources from which to draw when the project requires it most. IFG maintains professional relationships many of the national sports consulting, design firm, construction management companies and food service firms that will be considered for most projects which results in tremendous networking capabilities and leverage to benefit our clients.

Additionally, the company has unique knowledge of facility operations and NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB and MLS Team and league operations. IFG personnel have been intimately involved with the operations of US Cellular Field and the United Center in Chicago since it opened in 1994 and currently manages facilities for municipal clients. These resources can and will be called on as needed.  Having personnel that have operated professional and minor league sports facilities brings a unique perspective and resource to benefit to development projects.  There is no substitution for actual operational experience.
