IFG Role:

IFG personnel coordinated and managed all aspects of this development, including site selection, lease negotiation, overall design, and construction elements.  In addition, our personnel were called on to coordinate many specialty items, such as the installation of the playing fields.  IFG worked directly with the two teams, Pima County, and the City of Tucson.

IFG personnel established the operational activities upon the opening of the complex.  All procedures, policies, manuals, hiring, and event operations were managed by our staff.
