Feasibility and Site Analysis

IFG employs meticulous feasibility studies aimed at enhancing the project's market positioning and return on investment. Working with project engineers, we review all sites under consideration for their ability to support parking, infrastructure, utilities, ingress/egress requirements, and more.

For sports facilities, IFG looks at the potential for accelerating peripheral real estate development that could offset the cost of the facility itself. In addition, IFG advises owners on how to increase revenues through premium seating and corporate sponsorships.

During the feasibility phase, IFG considers the desired market niche and then creates a risk/benefit analysis that promotes smart decisions about the physical development plan, financing alternatives, construction timetable, and operations. When appropriate, we also assist in communicating the owner's messages about project benefits to community leaders and the general public.
