IFG SeatGeek.jpg

The Village of Bridgeview engaged IFG to analyze design documents, make recommendations regarding operations, evaluate value engineering options, and assist the Village in negotiating the stadium management agreement. IFG’s input helped maximize the revenue earning potential of the facility while maintaining stable construction costs.

SeatGeek Stadium is a soccer-specific open-air stadium designed to incorporate both traditional American and European stadium features for the MLS Chicago Fire and to accommodate concerts and special events.  The 20,000 seat soccer stadium (28,000 for concerts) includes 42 luxury suites, stadium club and a natural grass playing field.

Opened in Summer 2006, the approximately $100 million stadium was designed by Rossetti Architects and constructed by Turner Construction.
